  I have a plant growing in a stream along with water cress that grows to a hight two feet or more. It spreads ryzomes and has roots similar to water cress. The bloom light blue and similar in size to water cress the only other place I have seen this plant was in a stream in Whyoming. I have not seen this plant any place else in my area in s.w. ohio.
