I'm organizing a workshop on Pfiesteria for the Estuarine Research Federation meeting in Providence, RI, Monday evening October 13. Speakers are needed to give 10-min synopses of the various aspects involved--from systematics to ecology and health issues. This will be an informal session allowing time for discussion in the best tradition of the estuarine societies. Please let me know if you are interested and what you would like to contribute.
