hello i am looking for a recipe for a greek bread described to me by my 85 year old aunt. she says that "it was a round loaf with a hard shiny crust, the inside is snow white and like angel food cake". i have been told it might be a "bagetta" but isn't that a long loaf ? thank you for your time .......
